A STATEMENT IN SILVER~ featuring NICOL jewellery

If you know me, you'll know I never leave the house without at least two or three rings on and a staple necklace. In fact, if you've managed to avoid listening to my complaining about feeling naked without my rings: congrats. If not: well you're used to it by now and you're not the only one trust me. However, I've always been a bit of a gold obsessed girl up until recently and I have to say I'm somewhat changed... *dramatic pause*

So, mixing things up a bit, I was introduced to NICOL jewellery and can say I have absolutely fallen in love with her collections of silver wear. All hand designed and hand made this brand is really gorgeous but so modern as well.

If I was going to be blunt about it I'd say think Pandora then THINK AGAIN. These days I feel like silver has taken a seat behind the more branded labels and is lacking a more personalised market, making NICOL such a statement artisan business. It's so much more unique and personal and with a chance to commission your own pieces, it's perfect as a gift for your girl, your friend ~ or tbh if you're like me as a gift from yourself to yourself because we can class it under self care we deserve a treat now and then ~ or actually this is the type of brand I would recommend to anyone buying for a mother or sister or anyone who fits under that "oh god it's *insert important date* soon what do I get them" category.

So, following the trend of minimal ring designs and d-ring details is the K A R M I C ring pictured here with the silver circle design. I've paired it alongside the S T A C K E R S and love how it stands out but also fits in so neatly. If you're a girl who wears hoops (I'm jealous I still need to get mine sorted out) then pairing this ring with some medium sized silver hoop earrings is going to make for such a sleek, elegant look with minimal effort. It's an everyday statement piece as I'd call it.

Moving onto the S T A C K E R S alone, oh my gosh they work so well together. The pairings of these are absolutely perfect whether you wear them all on one hand or spread them across both. Beautifully finished, this minimalist look with the band and then the more embellished piece really makes it look like a high end label but without the high end price.

As well as rings though, they also specialise in necklaces and earrings with some incredible statement items. These S I E N N A necklaces work well as a pair but would also look so good on their own. Wear the longer one with a plunging neckline and that's your girls night accessories sorted!
